How to interpret these results?

Women who are real users of Pelvinity self-reported their symptom severity on a scale of 0 (no discomfort whatsoever) to 10 (intolerable discomfort), both before and after using Pelvinity. Symptom improvement represents how real women felt, before and after use - not assessed by a third party.

When should I use Pelvinity?

How often you wear Pelvinity depends on your symptoms and your day. Some women wear it for just a few hours at a time — during exercise, long walks, or other activities. Others wear it throughout the day.

Pelvinity is worn over underwear (a cotton brief or boy-short style works well), or over leggings or compression tights.

For vulvar varices with venous insufficiency, we recommend wearing Pelvinity from morning to night, over compression tights that help maintain vascular tone in the vulvar veins.

For stage 3 or 4 prolapse, it is essential to wear Pelvinity over a close-fitting garment, such as leggings or cycling shorts. This ensures there is no direct contact between the compression material and the mucosal tissue.

Healthcare providers reccommend Pelvinity

Quentin SÉNÉCHAL (Interventional Radiologist)

An excellent non-invasive alternative that relieves pain in patients in a context of pelvic congestion and post-embolization.

Clara CHOCANO (physiotherapist)

I systematically recommend Pelvinity in cases of prolapse, pelvic congestion, and a feeling of pelvic heaviness for all patients (even immediate postpartum, or when resuming physical activity). And of course, for vulvar varicosities.

Aude GASTAUER (physiotherapist specialized in perineology)

In cases of prolapse, I have very good feedback from my patients who report better daily comfort, a noticeable reduction in the feeling of heaviness, and a sense of being better supported. Some tell me that they have been able to resume certain activities they had stopped, thanks to the support felt.

Eric ALLAIRE (professor of vascular and endovascular surgery)

Remarkable achievement in service of patients.

Chantal FABRE-CLERGUE (midwife trainer)

I am very involved in the Herapreg project! I have integrated this solution into my presentations, during my internships, university courses, conferences, as well as in the University Diploma of medicine and reconstructive surgery.

DR Perrine ECHEGUT (Vascular Doctor)

Pelvinity is a revolution in the management of pelvic symptoms related to pelvic varices. Many patients tell me about the relief provided by wearing these panties.

Pauline DECELLE (physiotherapist specialized in perineology)

I'm a physiotherapist and currently pregnant. I wear it every day — it's been a real relief for me, as someone living with prolapse.

Jean Daniel HENRY (midwife)

Feedback have been instantaneous, patients report a feeling of comfort and support that allows them to regain fluid movement and normal daily activity.

Fanny ROUX (Midwife)

Thank you very much for the tested and approved compression shorts! I will promote them to my patients and colleagues. Thank you for this solution!

Pierre CHAGUE (Interventional Radiologist)

I work in two clinics in Île-de-France. I try to raise awareness among gynecologists about pelvic congestion syndrome, which not well-known. I share my knowledge about embolizations for pelvic pain and debilitating pain or before the percutaneous treatment of vulvar varicosities to avoid early recurrence. The Pelvinity panty is a really interesting idea and it offers a non-invasive alternative or complement.

Anna ROY (Midwife and columnist "Les maternelles")

The feedback from the patients is extraordinary!

Camille TALLET (Midwife Trainer)

Currently, the management of pelvic varicosities is not very effective. While compression stockings are already widely used for varicose veins in the lower limbs, why not do the same for vulvar and pelvic varicosities!

Compression and the application of cold are very effective means of relieving patients without side effects! This should be offered to patients at the first sign of symptoms!

Description and characteristics

Herapreg has developed an innovative compression garment that supports the vulva and perineum in a way that feels both elegant and discreet. Pelvinity features a gentle compression hammock and a soft elasticated waistband, and is worn over everyday underwear (a cotton brief or short works well) or over compression tights. It can be worn all day, or just during moments of discomfort.

Pelvinity is the result of extensive testing and development, carried out in collaboration with healthcare professionals and the women who volunteered their time and experience — women who, at different points in their lives, had dealt with pelvic heaviness and discomfort for a variety of reasons.

Effectiveness and comfort thanks to two main elements:

A flexible elastic waistband

  • The patented waistband design brings together support, comfort, and firmness at the level of the pelvic floor.
  • A compression hammock

  • The hammock is made from a breathable, moisture-wicking foam combined with a compression elastic that firmly covers the pubic area. It connects to two adjustable elastic straps that thread through loops at the back of the waistband, allowing you to dial in exactly the level of compression that feels right for you.
  • Discreet enough to wear over a compression tight or directly over everyday underwear, one Pelvinity is all you need.
  • Meaningful relief from pain and discomfort
  • Pelvic heaviness you'll forget you had
  • Evidence-backed with real-world effectiveness
