Real world effectiveness study · 518 women · 2026
96.3%
of Pelvinity customers reported symptom improvement
On average, symptom score (discomfort, pressure, pain) was reduced from 8.3 to 3.0 out of 10; a statistically- and clinically-relevant reduction.
Why can I trust these results?
Results gathered on 518 women, not 10.
A larger sample captures real-world variability: in clinical conditions, in symptom severity, and in real-world use.
In real-world conditions
Real-world evidence captures how a device works in real life - not in perfect lab conditions, not by excluding women whose conditions are complex. The Pelvinity real-world study included women of all ages (19 to 86!), many reporting multiple clinical conditions. Because pelvic discomfort is often multifactorial.
Statistically significant, and clinically relevant.
The percentage of women reporting improvement (over 96%, p<0.0001) and the magnitude of improvement (-5.3 points on a 10 point scale) suggest real, meaningful, symptom relief.
FAQ
How should I use Pelvinity during my 15-day trial?
You have 15 days to try Pelvinity at your own pace, risk-free.
For the best experience, we recommend wearing Pelvinity over a cotton legging or cycling short. This lets the compression bands soften gradually, helping your body adjust comfortably to compression wear.
If you decide to return the product, the garment must be stain-free. Returned items are disinfected and donated to associations or hospitals, where they're used as demonstration models.
Why should I wear Pelvinity over leggings for the first few days?
Vulvo-pelvic support is still a fairly new concept, and most women aren't used to the feeling of pelvic compression.
During the first few days, wearing leggings or cotton bike shorts under Pelvinity helps your body gradually get used to the feeling of support. It also helps the materials soften and mold naturally to your body.
Once this adjustment period is over, Pelvinity becomes even more comfortable worn directly over underwear.
How can I make a return request?
To request a return, use the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your returned product, we'll process it within 10 business days.
If you removed the liner during your trial, that's no problem — returns are accepted either way. The goal is for you to test Pelvinity comfortably, without worrying about preserving every component. Returned items are disinfected and donated to associations or healthcare facilities for use as demonstration models.
For the best fit, we recommend wearing Pelvinity over a cotton legging or cycling shorts.
To be eligible for return, the product must be free of stains.

We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive the item you're exchanging.

FEMMA / E2iS (service logistique)

Once we receive it, we'll send out your requested size right away. Alternatively, you can place a new order, compare both sizes once they arrive, and request a refund for the one that doesn't fit - this option is usually faster.
Will this size fit me for the entire duration of my pregnancy?
Yes - in the large majority of cases. During pregnancy, your belly grows significantly, but your hip measurement (which is what determines your Pelvinity size) generally doesn't change much. That said, if you're genuinely between two sizes at the start of your pregnancy, we'd recommend ordering the larger one.
Are compression shorts reimbursed by social security or insurance?
As of now, national health insurance does not cover Pelvinity. That said, some private insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement if you submit an invoice along with a medical prescription. We recommend requesting a prescription from your healthcare provider so you have one on hand, just in case.
Pelvic support is still a fairly new concept in Europe, and we're actively working to improve coverage in the years ahead. In the US, compression garments may be FSA/HSA-eligible - check with your plan administrator to confirm and for any specific requirements (such as a Letter of Medical Necessity).
Pelvic discomfort is more common than most women realize. What best describes what you're feeling?

Story time
The story of Emmanuelle, founder
My name is Emmanuelle. I'm a mother of three, and the founder of Pelvinity.
During my third pregnancy, I developed vulvar varicosities early on. The pain was unbearable, and the heaviness so intense that some days I couldn't walk. It turned my daily life upside down — work, caring for my children, everything became a struggle.
My gynecologist prescribed compression tights. They helped with venous return, but did nothing for the vulvar pain itself. After weeks of searching for answers, I came to a frustrating conclusion: nothing existed to address pelvic heaviness at the source.
Pelvinity was born from that experience. It's the garment I wished I'd had. What started as a solution for vulvar and pelvic compression during pregnancy has since proven helpful for a much wider range of conditions.
If you're reading this and recognizing your own experience, you're not imagining it — and you're not alone. I hope that Pelvinity will give you the freedom and symptom relief that it has given so many women.

Feeling pelvic or vulvar heaviness? Pelvinity is a patented compression device that wraps around the pelvis and gently supports the vulva — from the pubis to the perineum — to help relieve that heaviness and discomfort.
Wear it directly over your underwear, or over leggings or compression tights. Because it's invisible under clothing, you get comfort the moment you stand up, with full freedom of movement.

At Herapreg, our mission is to design real solutions for women's pain and discomfort.
After years of testing and development alongside healthcare professionals, we created a garment that delivers targeted compression to the pelvic area. We designed it initially with pregnant women in mind — but quickly found that the same compression relieving pregnancy-related heaviness also helps with a wider range of pelvic conditions.
