First fitting

First days

Wear Pelvinity over leggings

During the first few days, wearing leggings or cotton bike shorts under Pelvinity helps your body gradually get used to the feeling of support. It also helps the materials soften and mold naturally to your body.

After a few days, you'll be able to wear Pelvinity over your usual underwear.

Daily use

Over your usual underwear

Slip Pelvinity over your usual underwear (shorty, cotton panties) or on top of your compression tights, if you wear them.

Adjust the elastic waistband so it falls underneath your belly, across your hips, and over the small of your back.

Special considerations

Pelvic organ prolapse - grade 3 or 4

To ensure that the compression materials don't contact the pelvic organs or mucus membrane, make sure to wear full-coverage panties underneath.

Continue to wear leggings or cycling shorts with your Pelvinity, even after the adjustment period.

Slip on your Pelvinity and adjust the compression

Slip the Pelvinity over your leggings. Using a mirror if necessary, adjust the tension on the elastics until you feel comfortable compression. Make sure the straps are equal on both sides.

Once adjusted, you can slip your Pelvinity on without readjusting every day! You may adjust the compression at any time. If you feel the waistband slipping down from its original position, stop and readjust the compression so that it stays in place.
