Are compression shorts reimbursed by social security or mutual insurance?
As of now, national health insurance does not cover Pelvinity. That said, some private insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement if you submit an invoice along with a medical prescription. We recommend requesting a prescription from your healthcare provider so you have one on hand, just in case. Pelvic support is still a fairly new concept in Europe, and we're actively working to improve coverage in the years ahead. In the US, compression garments may be FSA/HSA-eligible — check with your plan administrator to confirm coverage and to determine whether you need any specific documents, like a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Is my order confirmed? I can't find the confirmation email.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including the invoice. Don't hesitate to check your spam / junk mail.
We are also available by email: welcome@herapreg.com.
How can I make a return request?
To request a return, use the contact form at the bottom of the page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your returned product, we'll process it within 10 business days.
If you removed the liner during your trial, that's no problem — returns are accepted either way. The goal is for you to test Pelvinity comfortably, without worrying about preserving every component. Returned items are disinfected and donated to associations or healthcare facilities for use as demonstration models.
For the best fit, we recommend wearing Pelvinity over a cotton legging or cycling shorts.
To be eligible for return, the product must be free of stains.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds cover the cost of the product only. For size exchanges, we cover shipping and preparation costs for the new order.
How to request a size exchange?
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a size exchange.
We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive the item you're exchanging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we cover shipping and preparation for the new order. Just be sure to include your desired replacement size in the package 🙂
Please send the package using a trackable shipping method, to the address below:
FEMMA / E2iS (service logistique)
1 avenue du Maréchal Lyautey
91230 MONTGERON
Once we receive it, we'll send out your requested size right away. Alternatively, you can place a new order, compare both sizes once they arrive, and request a refund for the one that doesn't fit - this option is usually faster.
How should I use Pelvinity during my 15-day trial?
You have 15 days to try Pelvinity at your own pace, risk-free.
For the best experience, we recommend wearing Pelvinity over a cotton legging or cycling short. This lets the compression bands soften gradually, helping your body adjust comfortably to compression wear.
If you decide to return the product, the garment must be stain-free. Returned items are disinfected and donated to associations or hospitals, where they're used as demonstration models.
Why should I wear Pelvinity over leggings for the first few days?
Vulvo-pelvic support is still a fairly new concept, and most women aren't used to the feeling of pelvic compression.
During the first few days, wearing leggings or cotton bike shorts under Pelvinity helps your body gradually get used to the feeling of support. It also helps the materials soften and mold naturally to your body.
Once this adjustment period is over, Pelvinity becomes even more comfortable worn directly over underwear.
Will this size fit me for the entire duration of my pregnancy?
Yes - in the large majority of cases. During pregnancy, your belly grows significantly, but your hip measurement (which is what determines your Pelvinity size) generally doesn't change much. That said, if you're genuinely between two sizes at the start of your pregnancy, we'd recommend ordering the larger one.
